When the user is in the issue panel then she may want to go to bugzilla directly from this panel. Provide issue namber
in the top left corner as a link to the bugzilla (concrete issue page in bugzilla).

I don't like the suggested solution (to make a link from the issue number) because it doesn't show clearly that we open a web browser (when clicking on the link). Hence, I decided to include a new link-button called 'Show in Browser' insted.
