SOA modules have been moved to Update Center. I run NetBeans IDE 6.7 Beta (Build 200904242137) and installed SOA via via Tools | Plugins. Invoke File | New Projects, see SOA category in the root and Samples folder. All SOA samples can be created. So, closing as FIXED. |
