Seems that this issue is discussed in many threads before but the tool does not provide any good way to do this. 
When I want to point to external xsd file in my WSDL, seems that I have to do this by manually creating WSDL file and
then create web service based on that. Otherwise xsd file is copied in my project and I don't want to do that. This is
not very productive way to develop web services. Has anyone found a better way to make web services where use xsd files
from one central place?

This functionality doesn't have a simple way to resolve it.
This is not a definite bug but just an improvement. So I change it to RFE.
