instead of having just one url associated with a project, you should be able to have it go to a specific url when you
run the project with url associated with the specific file that is being edited, if none is it should open the default url.

j2ee related I suppose. If not, please state the project type

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
