To be consistent with the editor I think the Window tabs on the left (Projects, Files, Services, Explore From Here)
should remember the last window you were on when closing one.

For example - If you use Explore From Here and Have that Window in use, then switch to projects - switch back and then
close that Tab / Window it should go back to Projects. What it does now is go to Services.

The editor works this way when closing editor tabs so I think the rest of the Tabs / Windows should do the same to be
consistent.
