Currently we bundle 2.1.0, the latest one out at the time of writing this is 2.2.2. Since 2.2.2 requires RubyGems 
1.3.1, it can't be updated before the bundled JRuby dist is updated (the currently bundled JRuby 1.1.4 includes 
RubyGems 1.2.0).
