build 200109180940 or 200109181358 - jdk1.3.1  SDI

All menus on MW are open but only a part is visible. I think that screenshot
describes more.
You can see and select only part of menu which isn't lower than lower edge of
workspace tab...

It was noticed only on Linux, on Solaris it works fine..

this is JDK/Window manager issue.  Nothing can be done on our side. 
Feel free to file a bug against JDK
