-maximize one of windows in netbeans, for example 'files' window (by double-clicking on it`s titlebar)
-windows is maximized, close IDE
-start IDE again
-according to testspec(in url), window should be maximized after restart, but it is not. Other ui persistent settings 
(such as resized toolbar or sidebar) seem to work fine (means they are restored after restart).
