After installation, IDE recognizes and saves Cygwin compiler set.
After adding second C/C++ compiler configuration (NIOS-GNU collection), IDE wont save it.

Could be duplicate of issue 148763.
Comment 2 Alexey Vladykin 2008-11-20 11:23:22 UTC
When creating the 2nd toolchain, which toolchain family do you specify?
If "Unknown" then it is known bug. Please use "GNU" instead.
Comment 3 obucinac 2008-11-20 13:47:50 UTC
Shows Unknown. I cant select GNU because I do not have it. I have Cygwin and two more, but do not remember which they
are. I have uninstalled NB 6.5. I am installing NIOS-GNU toolchain, a toolchain for Altera's NIOS CPU's. Actually, it is
customized NIOS-GNU toolchain I got from the board manufacturer I am working with. It worked with 6.1.
