It was possible to crete the whole package hierarchy by creating a "package"
named "something.with.dots", but it doesn't work now. The "New Package"
wizzard disables the Finish button as soon as first dot is entered.

It was fixed in yesterday's dev build - I only forgot to close the 
bug.
