Build used: \\thumper\50builds\gfesb\v2\nightly\20081021-0703

While building a new JAXB Binding via the Wizard, if user selects the ‘Use Catalog File’ option, but without selecting 
a valid catalog file, the wizard allows user to proceed (‘Finish’ button is enabled).

‘Finish’ button should be disabled until a valid catalog file is selected if user clicks on the ‘Use Catalog File’ 
option.

This also applies to ‘Use Binding File’ option as well.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
