NetBeans: Full IDE
  Product Version         = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200809151401)
  Operating System        = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
  Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11; Sun Microsystems Inc.


Steps to reproduce:

- Install nbms for JavaFX Script plugin
- Uninstall the plugin
- Try to install the nbms again

  The nbms are not installed
  There are some messages on NetBeans IDE installer dialog:

Some plugins require plugin org.netbeans.modules.editor.highlights to be installed.

The plugin org.netbeans.modules.editor.highlights is requested in implementation version 1.
  The following plugins are affected:
       JavaFX Debugger - Projects Integration
       JavaFX Debugger Ant Task 

Some plugins require plugin org.netbeans.modules.lexer.editorbridge to be installed.

The plugin org.netbeans.modules.lexer.editorbridge is requested in version 1.4.1.
  The following plugin is affected:
       JavaFX Editor

Not reproducible anymore. 
Looks like was fixed in the NB Plugins module.

Tested using FX Cont trunk build 320 with SDK:
