Development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200108280100 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3.1

Description:
============
Popup menu can be invoked but that's all. No item can be selected. Nothing hap-
pens when left clicking on it. It is simply closed without any reaction. Excuse 
me if assigned to wrong component.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Launch fresh build of IDE. I used new empty user directory if that matters.
2. Invoke popup menu of the "Filesystems" node in the explorer.
3. Try to pick "Customizer item but you are shouldn't be successful.

It was a bug in drag and drop in window syatem. I fixed it.

Reopen it.
Still does not work for FileSystem Nodes.

Don't add a glass pane to TopFrameTypeImpl.

Great. It seems to work again in today's development build of NetBeans
3.3 #200108290100. Do you agree Michael ? Verified.
