When creating new RHTML files the dialogue asks for "File Name" and automatically adds the .rhtml extension. 
This is not very 'intuitive' (at least for me) as i inevitably end up entering "filename.rhtml".

For such cases does it make sense to at least add a warning text saying something like 
".rhtml extension implicitly added. Are you sure you want to create a file called 'filename.rhtml.rhtml'?"
