Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a Bpel module
2) Right click on Process Modules
3) Create a WSDL Document
4) Select a Abstract WSDL and click on next.
5) Select Oneway and change the part name to input
6) Click Finish
7) goto Binding node right click and add binding
8) Select JMS Binding Component and select any Binding Subtype.
9) goto Request Consumer tab
10) click on the Redelivery. 
11) select Move Destination Name browser for any jndi based lookup.

Gives a "Unable to find the Project associated with the WSDL".
