Tested using FX Cont trunk build 103 on NB6.5:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200809051401)
Java: 1.6.0_10-rc; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b14
System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

1. create new project
2. type import javafx.
3. press ctrl_space


Get No suggestions.  This may be a direct result of:
