Some regular modules (that no one depends on) neither AutoUpdate-Show-In-Client nor AutoUpdate-Essential-Module
org.netbeans.modules.iep.samples

this causes that no new updates are pushed to development update center since 8/29

I pushed a hotfix for this in http://hg.netbeans.org/main/rev/65bb58dbc2d6

If iep.samples is supposed to be part of some kit, then revert my changeset and add the module to some kit, otherwise
feel free to close this as fixed.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *200809020201* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
