'Files open in editor' list must had a border, something like folders
border. See the attachment for details.

I don't think so. The issue you mark it as duplicated is more complete, talk about the UI. I am just talking about fix
the files list look. It should be really simple. IMO it should be fixed for 6.5 since it is simple.
With this design this UI is really unprofessional and ugly.

I know but I am not going to fix anything in the current UI since it will be reworked anyway. I am thinking about fixing
Issue #145175 though. The border may be added as a side effect there.
