dev build 200808261401

1) Customize the main project to use a custom margin size (say 120 characters instead of 80) 
2) Open a Java file using the editor from this project
3) The right margin will still display at 80 characters instead of using the project-specific settings
4) Modifying the global margin size changes the editor value, confirming that the project-specific value is being ignored
