Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new Java Project
2) Add two or three dummy java classes and two or three images
3) Now click on those images randomly available in the Project Explorer for some time and you want see the cursor flickering
4) Now click on those java classes randomly available in the Project Explorer for some time and you will see the cursor
flickering where a hour glass is shown for a fraction of second and then changes to the cursor icon. This happens only
when selecting java classes. Not in image files.

I performed the same steps in 6.1 and their is no flickering issue at all for java classes neither image file.
