Right click on WSDL document Explorer node ("Edit" menuitem) caused problematic initial MultiView Editor display seen in the attached PNG screenshot. A "minus sign" (collapse the file text) node needs to be clicked in the editor proper to get the document to display more than just the first line (XML processing instruction).
