When editing plain Java classes there is a very nifty shortcut
(CTRL+INSERT) for creating getters, setters, constructors, etc.  I
would like to propose the same keybinding for popping up the
JavaServer Faces menu while editing a faces-config.xml file.

So by invoking CTRL+INSERT the following options would appear:

- Add Navigation Rule...
- Add Navigation Case...
- Add Managed Bean...

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
