Ctrl+Clicking on a "name" value in an <action> element will take you to the corresponding <form-bean>'s declaration, but
going the other direction (from <form-bean> to <action>) isn't as convenient.  Marking where <form-bean> names occur as
the "name" attribute of an <action> when the cursor is on the <form-bean>'s name value would be helpful.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
