Steps:
1. Create new project. Switch "View | Show Versioning Labels" on.
2. Import it into repository.

Project has [New] annotation for project's root.

It inherits the New status from the Test folder. The problem is that if we fixed this we would lose annotations on
Project nodes so I suggest we leave it as it is for now. IMHO this may require an API change later.
