Description kate 2008-06-16 16:05:34 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200806160002)
Java: 1.6.0_01; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_01-b06
System: SunOS version 5.11 running on x86; ISO646-US; en (nb)

When I press "Window - Reset Windows" not only 'inner windows' (Project, Files ..) get to some default layout/size, but
also whole IDE window get resized. E.g. if it was maximized before invoking Reset Windows, it has some other size now
(quite big but not maximized).

Is it as designed? I suppose only the layout of inner windows to be changed when I press "Reset Windows".

I'd expect that it is as designed however leaving opened as I don't know if it is specified anywhere or if I'm right

as designed - closing
