Reproduced with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080611100304).

Size of "Envelope" as well as "Error", "Warning", and "Documentation" buttons doesn't change when Zoom value is changed.

This did speciality, because We need possibility edit same activity, We shall reduce same decoration they become
unsuitable for work. 
We can reduce size of all decoration in 100% zoom, but we can not resize It with diagram.

Reopening as agreed with Alex. We'll fix this, but later, as there higher priorities now.
