partition orientation isn't persisted,

steps:
create partition and add partition row. save. load.
rows are changed to columns

it's not only devider, but partition loading is completly broken
after reloadoing partition size, all rows/colums are lost

after restart all works, need to find out first if it's reproducible

ok, it was caused by incorrectly created activity diagram when diagram was created as scoped in package creation

verified in build 20080622. Both horizontal and vertical orientations are now persisted.
