I have a project that uses shared libraries and decided to change the folder where shared libraries live.  Right clicked
project, click properties, libraries, then the browse button beside "Libraries Folder".  I clicked the icon in the file
chooser to create a new folder.  The shared libraries related labels on the right showed something like ../../../New
Folder/, a new folder node showed up in the folders list, and it was in edit mode so that I could type a new name. 
After I pressed enter, the labels on the right were not updated with the new name.  I had to highlight a different
folder then come back to my new folder to get the labels on the right to show the correct folder name.

hmm.. I'll have to investigate the code but I believe it doesn't get update because the swing filechooser doesn't tell
us the name of the folder changed..

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
