to reproduce:
  - Create new Composite Application
  - Open CASA editor (e.g. open CompositeApp1.casa)
  - Change width of "External Modules" pane (change it more wider)

Scroll bar of CASA editor starts blinking by changing width of "External Modules" pane. Once the scroll bar starts
blinking it's difficult to edit in the editor.

Not reproducible in NB 6.5.

verified in capsr6u1 build 1110
