Navigator triggers background validation on closing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start IDE with parameter -J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.log
2. Create Synchronous sample
3. Open bpel diagram and navigator
4. Wait a while, validation is finished
5. Close Navigator
