JSF Pages from Entity Class Wizard allows pages and controller classes to be generated for abstract entities. After 
generation, the controller class immediately shows errors since the entity cannot be instantiated.

Use case not yet supported.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
