If you execute JSP on iWS then item in Execution Window appears. If you select 
Stop from popup menu on iWS in Runtime | Server Registry then item in Exection 
Windows isn't removed. Same situation is for Start when item in Execution 
windows doesn't appear.

This was fixed by the new server integration infrastructure.
