Deleted visual web project with shared libraries, but after delete projects persists, but broken. After clicking on it, exception raised.

Re. "after delete projects persists, but broken" - is that reproducible? Did you submit it as separate issue?

This is consequence of project deletion failure. The cause should be fixed and that would resolve this issue as well.

Without requested information for long time - INVALID. We can't do anything in this case. Reporter, please add requested information and reopen issue.
