Create new JAXB Binding in Web module. Created JAXB Binding is in projects tab displayed with new node, but this node
has wrong, old-style icon. Attaching screenshot.

This is not a WS functionality actually.
This is related to common JAXB node representation ( xml.jaxb module ).

Updated "Version" and "Target Milestone" since this issue is still existing in the latest development version.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
