Strange unclosable modal dialog (see screenshot) is displayed after navigating 
throug New submenu of popup menu. It is impossible to close dialog in any way. 
One have to kill whole IDE.

It occurred me only two times and I'm not able to reproduce it.

Settings and/or data loss possible.

Re-assigning to java. The dialog is invoked from JavaWizardIterator. Looks like 
TemplateWizard.getTemplate() is called before the private 'template' variable 
is set. I have no idea why it happens.

Feel free to re-assign appropriate.

Occurred again: now after invoking New From Template wizard via CTRL-N from 
Editor.
