For now CC every command run from within the IDE are printed into Output tab. It should print output into separated tabs
for each processed view.

Clearcase is different from SVN or CVS in that you connect to a single server, you run a single command 'cleartool' with
no exact notion of a repository or root, respectively. We could separate output from different views in the future but
it seems that this is not a problem for external users, at least now.
