Steps:
- Create C or C++ project
- Add some code
- Run project
==> In right bottom corner progress bar appears.
- Call context menu on progress bar. Select 'Cancel Process'
==> IDE ignores my command

It is not possibl to cancel a rn when running in an external window and unfortunately it is not possible to disable the cancel icon in the progress bar. The 
other cancel icon is correctly disabled.
