Reproduced with build 200802140010.

Cannot bring up popup menu on element of BPEL diagram without mouse.

Confirmed that the priority is set properly from the accessibility point of view. All available functionality must be
reachable from keyboard.

Reproducible with build 200802270005.

Cannot open popup menu by pressing Shift+F10.
