Description kaa 2008-02-06 17:21:00 UTC
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200801290002)
Java: 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; MS932; ja_JP (nb)

Steps:
1. Create BPEL process
2. Open Mapper

At the top of the mapper there are pop-up menus with options.
Several of them consist of 2 words coming not from pseudo localized bundle file.
Also check please icons for Local Name, Name, Namespace Uri - all of them contain drawn word 'name'.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

Definitely it depends on if these words are some kind of reserved words or not.
But some of them already have pseudo. This is confusing. Lets discuss the list.

I've moved names of menu items to bundle file and they can be loclized now.

I don't think that text in icon should be localized. We can consider icon as small raster image, from this point icon
does not contains text, it contains only colored pixels. Icon identifies something only if there is text description
outside it. E.g. user can guess that icon with 3.5" disk image on toolbar button means "Save file", but he can know what
it really means only from tooltip text or from "Save file" menu item with this icon. So it is not so important what is
depicted on icon, meaning of icon completely depends on and defined by association with description (comment, name).
