Steps to reproduce:
1-Create a default constructor;
2-Try to create the default constructor again; it is possible.

This generates code that does not compile anymore.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX. This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
