1. Create Java class and open it in source editor.
2. Invoke New Watch dialog (Ctrl-Shift-F7).
3. Press Help button.
Result: help window displays a source of HTML as a text. It should be displayed as HTML.

I've tried to reproduce in latest trunk build but the help seems OK. Could you specify your build number, please?
