One of the goals of BPEL was to align BPM with process programming. A major criticism of BPEL is that because of
infrastructure elements (assigns, fault handling, onevent) etc. the original process is not really recognisable from a
BPEL diagram. This is also true of the Netbeans BPEL editor.

It is already possible to turn off partner links and sequences. If we were also able to turn off / on assigns, fault
handlers and events: i.e. just see the structured activities and the service operations it would far easier to see the
actual intent of the BPEL process.
