Steps to reproduce:

- Create a JavaFX Script application
- Select 'Create Main Class' option
- Press Finish
  The empty Main.fx file is created
  There should be Main.fx class created or 
  option should be named as 'Create Main file'

Fixed in the trunk. Now fx class will be created.
