Not all children in OptionsDialog/Advanced/ marked with the position attribute: [Ant.instance, Collab.instance,
Diff.instance, ....], but some are: [ActionsPanel.instance]

I think Miscellaneous subpanels are alphabetized so there is no need for a position in this case.

BTW please include CVS commit information whenever marking an issue FIXED, for future tracking purposes.
