When you right click on a Java file in the Project Tree you also have
the entries "Run File" and "Debug File" in the context menu for the
file.

When you do the same on a Ruby file you do not get "Run File" and
"Debug File" in the context menu. You only get those context menu
entries when you are right cliking in the editor window.
