The web services support in Netbeans is solely based on the JAXWS - RI runtime stack,
provided by Sun. Another popular SOAP stack is Axis, a project from Apache and is the
runtime supported by Eclipse. This serves as an umbrella feature for this support
and the details will be provided as soon as this support is fleshed out.
