I am trying to figure out how to start debugging. I can set breakpoints in .php files but neither Run File not Run in
Command Line stops on them. I tried Debug Main Project (after setting the project as main) and got an exception.

It works for me.
I believe this was fixed as consequence of development activity on debugger area.
