Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200710040000) 
Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87 
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.10 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

In NetBeans main menu select Tools|Plugins then select Installed tab and push Help button. The help set contains
information about icons but the gray one should not be there. Instead there should be icon with arrows shaped to circle
- see attached screenshot. This icon appears when the user deactivates some plugin without restart.
