Reproduced in build071002.

Steps to reproduce:

- create PHP project;
- open properties dialog;
- select Hosts from the list.

Commentary doesn't fit place.

Could you please specify which comment is not suitable for this dialog.

Do you mean 'This project has associated web server host'?
If yes, this checkbox will be removed because of redesign.

'You do not have configured hosts. Please go to Runtime (!!!!) tab and configure Web Server Host.
