Problem:
If you rename an element or complex type in Design View, the properties window does not update to the new name. I think
this was an old bug but was fixed, now with the new refactoring it is back. Inline editing updates the properties
window right away.

Work Around:
Click the name field in the properties window, or click somewhere to deselect the item then click the item again.

Steps:
1. Make sure the properties window is open (Windows->properties)
2. Create a new Schema
3. Drag and Drop a new element
4. From the context menu select refactor->rename and change the name.
5. The name is updated in Design View but not in the properties window until you click somewhere in Design View
6. Rename the element inline by selecting it then pressing space and the change in the properties window happens
immediately.

changing the summary to better reflect the problem since properties window does not reflect changes in several
circumstances not just renames.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
